Libros has done projects were Access was the major concern;
We have drilled through balconies, built scaffolding towers and
assembled thrust systems to access the desired drops or balconies.
We are trained professionals, we follow all C.S.A standards and
the ministry of labour requirements for safety. Libros is a family
